Mipa Spot Sealer Aerosol
Mipa Spot Sealer Aerosol is a specialist 1K glazing primer developed specifically for sealing small sand-through areas during automotive spot repairs. Designed for use immediately before topcoating, it provides excellent corrosion protection while eliminating the need for additional primer application or intermediate sanding, helping to speed up the refinishing process.
Its low-build, semi-transparent formulation offers exceptionally smooth flow with very low overspray, allowing it to be applied only where required without creating excessive film thickness. Mipa Spot Sealer can be overcoated directly wet-on-wet with all common solvent-based and water-based 1K and 2K basecoat systems after a short flash-off period, making it an ideal solution for fast-turnaround bodyshop repairs.
Designed for application to steel, iron, galvanised steel and aluminium, the primer provides excellent adhesion and high corrosion protection despite its extremely thin coating thickness. It is particularly useful when bare metal is exposed during final preparation, allowing technicians to quickly reseal the area before applying the topcoat.
