Application and Usage Instructions:

• Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are dry and free from contaminants. Clean using appropriate HMG products to remove all traces of dirt, grease, and other impurities. Refer to HMG's Knowledge Base for detailed surface preparation guidelines.
• Mixing Ratio: Base to Hardener ratio is 4:1. Thinning options include up to 30% Thinner 2426, 2427, 2425, or 2423 for specific application needs.
• Spray Gun Setup: Recommended nozzle size is 1.3-1.5 mm for gravity gun, 1.6-1.8 mm for suction feed, and 0.85-1.2 mm for pressure pot.
• Number of Coats: Apply 2 coats, allowing a minimum flash-off time of 10 minutes between coats.
• Drying Time: Touch dry in 60 minutes at 20°C, hard dry in 8 hours at 20°C, or full dry in 30 minutes at 60°C.
• Recoatability: After hard dry (8 hours at 20°C), denib with P500 grit dry. After baking, allow to cool before flatting and recoating.
• Pot Life: Maximum 5-second increase after 30 minutes.
