Mipa PU420 Grey Brushable Seam Sealer
Mipa PU420 Brushable Seam Sealer is a professional one-component polyurethane seam sealer designed for permanently sealing joints, seams, grooves and overlapping panels on vehicles and industrial equipment. Its durable, permanently flexible formulation provides long-lasting protection against moisture, corrosion and environmental exposure while maintaining excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates.
Developed for automotive bodyshops and restoration specialists, Mipa PU420 can be applied easily by brush or spray, allowing technicians to accurately recreate original OEM seam finishes. It adheres exceptionally well to steel, galvanised steel, primed surfaces and existing paintwork, making it ideal for sealing welded seams, wheel arches, boot floors, engine bays, door apertures and floor pans.
The high-quality polyurethane formula offers excellent vertical stability without sagging and remains permanently elastic after curing, helping to absorb vibration and prevent cracking. It is resistant to water, oils, weak acids and alkalis and can be overcoated with most 1K and 2K automotive paint systems, making it a versatile choice for both repair and restoration work.
