Mipa 1K VB 103-20 Polyvinyl Butyral PVB Filler Primer
Mipa VB 103-20 1K PVB Filler is a fast-drying, high-build one-component primer filler designed to provide excellent adhesion and filling performance across a wide variety of substrates. Its versatile formulation makes it particularly suitable for automotive, commercial and industrial refinishing applications where fast processing and reliable adhesion are essential.
The high filling power helps level minor surface imperfections and create a smooth, uniform foundation for subsequent coatings. Its rapid drying and excellent sandability can significantly reduce preparation times, making VB 103-20 an efficient choice for busy paintshops and workshops.
Mipa VB 103-20 can be applied to sanded existing 2K paintwork, factory-primed surfaces and directly to steel, aluminium and galvanised substrates. It is also suitable for MDF, including untreated MDF and surfaces with primer or finishing foil, as well as many common automotive plastics following a suitable test application.
Once prepared, the filler can be overcoated with Mipa water-based or solvent-based 1K and 2K paint systems, providing excellent versatility across a range of refinishing processes. The formulation is also free from lead and chromate.
