Glasurit 68 Line is a premium high solids 2K commercial vehicle topcoat system developed to deliver exceptional durability, colour brilliance, and efficiency for professional bodyshops and fleet refinishing operations. Designed for applications ranging from original coating to refinishing, 68 Line provides outstanding results on everything from trucks and trailers to buses and specialist commercial vehicles.
The advanced HS formulation offers excellent hiding power, smooth flow, and superior gloss levels, creating a durable finish that is resistant to UV exposure, chemicals, and everyday wear. With excellent edge coverage and improved surface hardness, Glasurit 68 Line helps maintain a cleaner, longer-lasting appearance while reducing dirt retention and simplifying maintenance.
Glasurit 68 Line also delivers exceptional colour flexibility, with approximately 55,000 colours available from around 20 mixing bases, supported by Glasurit’s advanced colour matching technology and digital colour tools.
It’s important to note that solvent coatings should be used in accordance with guidelines set out by DEFRA (Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs). In the UK, the use of solvent-based coatings is restricted to certain applications such as commercial vehicles, classic vehicles, motorcycles, and other approved uses. If you are unsure whether a solvent-based coating is suitable for your application, please consult a qualified professional or refer to DEFRA guidelines.
