Andrew joined Independent Paint Supplies in April 2024, after being highly recommended by one of our customers — his own son, in fact! With years of experience as a long-haul driver, Andrew brought with him excellent road sense, professionalism, and reliability, making him the perfect fit for the IPS team.
Now working as our Inter-Branch Driver, Andrew plays a crucial role in keeping the supply chain moving smoothly between Swansea and Cardiff, before heading out to cover deliveries across Cardiff and Newport. His ability to manage busy routes with precision and efficiency makes him an invaluable part of the company’s daily operations.
Andrew is known for his outstanding attitude and strong work ethic. He never complains, even when his day runs long, and his focus is always on getting the job done properly — whatever it takes. That level of dedication doesn’t go unnoticed by his teammates or our customers, who regularly praise his reliability, speed, and accuracy.
A proud Swansea City supporter, Andrew also loves to travel, and he’s always got a story or two to share from his adventures. He’s fitted in perfectly since joining IPS — quick, dependable, and down-to-earth, he’s exactly the kind of person every team needs.
