Colin has played a major role in the Independent Paint Supplies story from the very beginning. Alongside his former business partner, Neil, Colin was instrumental in helping to establish IPS, giving Directors Dom, Steph, and Joe the opportunity to take the reins and drive the business forward. Having built a highly successful company previously with Neil, (FMP Motor Factors), Colin brought with him a wealth of experience, knowledge, and industry respect that has been invaluable to the growth of IPS.

With a background strongly rooted in customer service and relationship building, Colin’s main focus has always been on supporting clients and helping them find the right solutions. Now serving as Industrial Business Development Manager, he continues to do exactly that — working closely with industrial customers to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and introduce innovative products and cost-saving solutions tailored to their needs.

Colin is known for his dedication, honesty, and hands-on approach, regularly visiting customers across Wales to ensure they receive the very best support and service possible. His attention to detail and drive to constantly improve processes have made him a key figure in IPS’s industrial operations.

If IPS had a mascot, what (or who!) should it be? Being a vegetarian, I'd have to say a giant stick of broccoli!
What's been your most memorable day on the job so far? Putting racking together in Swansea just prior to lockdown and I left it go and it fell on and clattered me!
