Francesca joined Independent Paint Supplies with a seriously impressive CV and a wealth of experience, choosing to take on a new challenge by leading our accounts function. From the moment she joined the business, it was clear that her knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail would make a significant impact on the team.

As our Accounts Office Manager, Francesca plays a vital role in the smooth running of the business. She manages both our sales and purchase ledgers with exceptional organisation and efficiency, ensuring everything is kept accurate and up to date. Never one to sit still, Fran is always willing to take on additional responsibilities and support other areas of the business whenever needed, helping to keep operations running seamlessly.

Fran is known throughout the company for being approachable, friendly, and incredibly organised. Her positive attitude and willingness to help make her a pleasure to work with, while the strong relationships she continues to build with our customers play an important part in delivering the high level of service IPS is known for.

Outside of work, Francesca enjoys spending quality time with her young daughter and making the most of family life. She is also a talented artist and is often found with a paintbrush in hand, creating some truly fantastic pieces of artwork that showcase her creativity and attention to detail.
