Harry

Harry joined Independent Paint Supplies in May 2023, initially coming on board to support the delivery team at our Cardiff branch. From day one, his enthusiasm, reliability, and willingness to get involved made a strong impression. Over time, Harry naturally took on more responsibility within the warehouse and paint department, becoming an important part of the team working alongside Sam to keep the Cardiff branch running efficiently.

Hardworking and adaptable, Harry now manages our “middle run” delivery route, covering the Valleys area with precision and care. He’s known for his can-do attitude and for always stepping up when needed — no task is ever too much trouble — and he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure both colleagues and customers are well supported.

Since joining, Harry’s confidence has grown enormously. Once a little on the quiet side, he’s now full of character and always up for a laugh, bringing plenty of energy and positivity to the team. His easy-going nature and strong work ethic have made him a firm favourite within the branch.

We’re absolutely thrilled to have Harry as part of the IPS team — dependable, genuine, and always ready to help, he’s a perfect example of the dedication and teamwork that drive our Cardiff branch forward. The only thing we can’t quite figure out is his loyalty to Arsenal… but like the team itself, Harry’s full of passion, determination, and a firm belief that next season will definitely be the one!
