Jodi joined the Independent Paint Supplies team in August 2025, stepping into our Swansea sales team and instantly making her mark. Coming from one of our competitors, Jodi brought with her a fantastic mix of industry knowledge, customer relationships, and product expertise, along with a personality that lights up the branch.
Right from her first week, Jodi fitted straight in — even featuring in our TikTok videos within days of joining! Her enthusiasm, confidence, and sense of humour have made her a firm favourite with both the team and customers alike. She’s already brought a number of her long-term customers across to IPS, thanks to her dedication, reliability, and commitment to providing the very best service every single time.
Jodi is a natural communicator, brilliant on the phones, and meticulous in everything she does. She prides herself on getting things right the first time, ensuring every order, quote, and enquiry runs smoothly. Her ability to cover and support both the Swansea and Cardiff branches makes her a vital part of the IPS family.
With her huge personality, can-do attitude, and infectious laugh, Jodi has quickly become a standout member of the team — the kind of person who makes every workday brighter (and every TikTok a little funnier!).

- What's your proudest moment (inside or outside of work)? Jumping out of a plane at 15,500ft raising money for charity!
- What's your guilty pleasure snack or drink during a long day at work? A nice cold bottle of Sol beer and pizza
- Tell us a joke- go on, make us laugh! Why don't eggs tell jokes? They might crack up!!!
- If IPS had its own mascot, what (or who) should it be? A big tin of paint with colour chips as fingers, wearing a top hat. I think Damien would nail it!
- What's your go-to karaoke song on a team night out? Backstreet Boys (I always wanted to be in a boy band)
