Joe

Joe joined Independent Paint Supplies in September 2026, bringing with him a fantastic attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to get stuck in from day one. With our Swansea paint mixing room busier than ever, we were looking for someone who could step in, learn quickly, and help keep things running smoothly — and Joe has proven to be a brilliant addition to the team.

Working alongside Josh, Joe quickly got to grips with the training and wasted no time getting hands-on mixing paint for our customers. His eagerness to learn and commitment to the job have really stood out. Whether it's keeping up with the demands of a busy mixing room or lending a hand wherever needed, Joe approaches everything with enthusiasm, determination, and a great attitude.

One of Joe's biggest strengths is how naturally he's fitted into the IPS team. Friendly, approachable, and easy to get along with, he's quickly become a popular member of the Swansea branch. His reliability, dedication, and willingness to give 100% every day are exactly the qualities we value at IPS, and it's been fantastic to see how quickly he's settled into his role.

Outside of work, Joe has a real passion for rugby, regularly taking to the pitch for his local team on a Saturday. The teamwork, commitment, and determination he shows on the rugby field certainly carry through into his working life, where he's always ready to put in a shift and support those around him.

Although Joe is still relatively new to IPS, he's already made a fantastic impression and proven himself to be a valuable member of our growing team. We're delighted to have him on board and look forward to seeing him continue to develop with us!
