Lois
Marketing Manager
Lois joined Independent Paint Supplies in March 2026, bringing with her an impressive marketing background and a strong track record from a major local company. With an excellent CV, a wide-ranging skillset, and a clear eye for detail, Lois was the perfect choice to step into our new full-time role of Marketing Manager.
Since joining IPS, Lois has made an immediate and noticeable impact across the business. Her work is consistently immaculate, and in just a short space of time she has helped raise the professionalism of our marketing, branding, and communications significantly. The results of her hard work are already being felt throughout the company.
One of Lois’ biggest achievements so far has been giving the final push to our new e-commerce website — a project that had been in development for several years. Her organisation, focus, and marketing expertise played a key role in getting the website over the line and successfully launched, marking an exciting new chapter for IPS.
Outside of work, Lois is a big rugby fan and also loves to travel. She recently ticked Canada off her bucket list, adding another adventure to her growing list of experiences.
We’re thrilled to have Lois as part of the team. Her creativity, professionalism, and expertise have already made a huge difference, and we’re excited to see where she can take Independent Paint Supplies in the years ahead.
