Lynsey joined Independent Paint Supplies in June 2024, bringing with her valuable warehouse experience and a fantastic work ethic that made her stand out from the start. When IPS began expanding its warehouse team in early 2024, Lynsey’s application immediately caught our eye — and what a brilliant decision that turned out to be. She’s fitted in perfectly with the team and quickly become one of the most reliable and hard-working members of the Swansea branch.

From the moment she clocks in to the moment she clocks out, Lynsey is non-stop. She’s the kind of person who will get stuck into anything, whether it’s helping to maintain a meticulous warehouse, jumping into the paint room during busy periods, or supporting colleagues wherever needed. Her positive attitude, consistency, and can-do spirit set the tone for everyone around her, and she brings a smile to work every single day.

Lynsey’s contribution has been instrumental in helping IPS continue to grow — she’s one of those true unsung heroes who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Her teammates often describe her as an “A player”, and it’s easy to see why.

Outside of work, Lynsey’s claim to fame is an impressive one — she’s a former Wales Women’s footballer, having played in major stadiums across the UK. A proud Manchester United fan, she brings the same energy and team spirit from the pitch into everything she does at IPS.
