Nathan joined Independent Paint Supplies in February 2025, taking up a position at our Cardiff branch after standing out among a number of applicants. With previous experience working for TPS delivering parts, Nathan made an effortless transition into life at IPS, quickly proving himself to be a dependable and well-liked member of the team.
Often described as a friendly giant, Nathan’s calm nature and approachable personality make him a hit with both customers and colleagues. He gets on with his work quietly and efficiently, always ensuring that deliveries arrive safely and on time. His professionalism and attention to detail have made him a trusted face for many of our customers across his routes.
Covering the Gloucester and Hereford areas, Nathan spends most of his day on the road — something he handles with total reliability and pride. While he may not be the loudest person in the branch, his big presence and consistent work ethic make him a huge part of the Cardiff team.
Steady, polite, and dedicated, Nathan is the perfect example of what makes IPS drivers so valued — dependable, customer-focused, and always ready to go the extra mile (literally!).
