Phil joined Independent Paint Supplies in 2022, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience and an impressive CV that includes time with major names such as Bosch. Having previously worked alongside the Directors at FMP Motor Factors, Phil was already a highly respected figure in the trade, known for his professionalism, technical knowledge, and commitment to helping customers achieve the best results possible.
As Business Development Manager, Phil primarily covers the Swansea area, but also extends his support to Cardiff and Newport each week. He has built exceptional, long-standing relationships with his customers — many of whom have followed him to IPS thanks to his trusted advice and dedication to ensuring their businesses run at maximum efficiency. Phil’s passion for the refinish industry runs deep, and when the opportunity arose to join IPS, both he and the Directors knew it was the perfect fit.
Phil’s energy, enthusiasm, and extensive experience make him a key part of the IPS team. He’s always happy to go the extra mile for his customers and colleagues alike, helping to push the company forward with his trademark professionalism and positive attitude.
A true petrolhead, Phil loves everything on four wheels, and when he’s not talking about cars, you’ll likely find him cheering on the Ospreys or Wales Rugby. On the road, he’s also gained a bit of fame for his uncanny likeness to ex–Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag — though thankfully, Phil’s results record at IPS is far more consistent!
