Delivery Driver
Phil joined Independent Paint Supplies in early 2026, bringing with him a wealth of industry experience and strong relationships built over many years within the trade. Having previously worked for one of our competitors, Phil arrived with excellent knowledge of the local area, our customer base, and the fast-paced nature of the industry.
Working as one of our Van Drivers, Phil has quickly established himself as a valued member of the IPS team. His familiarity with delivery routes and customer requirements allows him to provide a reliable and efficient service, helping to ensure our customers receive the high standard of support they have come to expect.
One of Phil’s greatest strengths is the rapport he has built with customers over the years. Friendly, approachable, and always happy to help, he is well known throughout the industry and takes pride in maintaining excellent relationships wherever he goes. Customers regularly appreciate his professionalism, knowledge, and positive attitude.
Outside of work, Phil is a passionate sports fan and can often be found supporting the Cardiff Devils ice hockey team or following Cardiff City. Whether he’s talking sport with customers or delivering orders across South Wales, Phil brings enthusiasm and personality to everything he does.
Since joining IPS, Phil has fitted in seamlessly and has become a fantastic addition to the team. His experience, customer relationships, and dedication make him a real asset to the business, and we’re delighted to have him on board.
