Director

Stephanie is one of the founding Directors of Independent Paint Supplies and has been part of the journey since the company’s very beginning in 2019. With a background managing a local petrol station, garage, and vehicle hire site, as well as her time at FMP Motor Factors, Steph brings an incredible mix of hands-on experience, business knowledge, and customer service expertise to the team.

At FMP, she gained a well-rounded skill set, working across van driving, coordination, and business development, before taking those experiences into building IPS from the ground up. Today, Steph plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the company — primarily based in the Swansea branch, where she manages sales, customer relationships, and branch performance, all while supporting the Cardiff team to ensure everything runs smoothly across both sites.

Steph is known within the business as the heartbeat of the team — always full of energy, positivity, and ideas. She’s the first to organise team events, nights out, and celebrations, making sure every member of staff feels valued and part of the IPS family. Her leadership style is approachable and motivating, and her dedication to both the business and its people shines through in everything she does.

Whether she’s on the shop floor helping customers or cheering on her team, Steph brings enthusiasm, organisation, and an infectious sense of fun — she truly embodies the Independent Paint Supplies spirit.
