• Mixing Ratio: Base to Hardener ratio is 2:1 or 3:1 depending on the specific application method. Thinning options include 10-15% Thinner 2601, 2602, 2603, or 2604.
• Spray Gun Setup: Recommended nozzle size for conventional spray gun is 1.6-1.8 mm and 11-13 thou/40-50° for airless/air-assisted.
• Number of Coats: Apply 1-2 coats with a 10-minute flash-off time between coats.
• Drying Time: Touch dry in 1 hour, full dry overnight. Force dry in 20-30 minutes at 70-80°C.
• Pot Life: 1 hour to double viscosity depending on temperature.
