Octoral PF345 Rapid Surfacer Primer
Octoral PF345 Rapid Surfacer is a fast-drying 2K urethane sanding surfacer developed for small to medium automotive repair work where speed, efficiency and a high-quality finish are essential.
Designed for use across multiple automotive substrates, PF345 combines excellent filling performance with exceptionally fast drying and sanding times, helping bodyshops reduce process times and move repairs through the paintshop more efficiently. It can also be applied directly over correctly prepared OEM e-coat primed parts, while its glossy appearance after drying eliminates the need for an additional guide coat.
The surfacer is suitable over correctly prepared primed bare steel, primed aluminium, GRP, polyester fillers, OEM primers and existing paint systems in good condition. It also provides good direct adhesion to ABS plastics without requiring Octoral PA65 1K Plastic Primer, while PP/EPDM substrates should first be treated with PA65.
