QTech Manifold Filters are professional replacement filters designed for use with Airless Paint Sprayers, helping maintain consistent paint flow, reduce blockages and improve spraying efficiency.
Installed within the airless sprayer's fluid manifold, these filters provide an important stage of filtration by removing unwanted particles, debris and contaminants from the coating before it reaches the spray hose and gun.
Available in a choice of four colour-coded mesh grades, QTech Manifold Filters allow users to select the appropriate level of filtration for different coatings, viscosities and spraying applications.
Available Mesh Sizes
-
Grey – 30 Mesh (QF0571030): Coarse filtration, ideal for thicker coatings requiring a more open mesh, such as certain masonry paints and high-build coatings.
-
Black – 60 Mesh (QF0571060): General-purpose filtration, suitable for many standard decorative paints, emulsions and primers. The standard original-fitment filter for compatible QTech machines.
-
Blue – 100 Mesh (QF0571100): Fine filtration, suitable for thinner coatings and applications where finer particle removal is required, including certain enamels, eggshells and fine-finish paints.
-
Red – 200 Mesh: Extra-fine filtration, suited to suitably thin coatings where very fine particle removal is required, such as certain lacquers, varnishes and stains.

Choosing the Correct Filter
Selecting the correct manifold filter helps ensure reliable spraying performance and efficient paint filtration.
Lower mesh numbers, such as Grey 30 Mesh and Black 60 Mesh, provide coarser filtration, allowing thicker coatings to flow more freely.
Higher mesh numbers, such as Blue 100 Mesh and Red 200 Mesh, provide finer filtration for thinner coatings and applications where smaller particles need to be removed.
The Black 60 Mesh is the standard filter supplied with compatible QTech machines, making it a popular choice for general-purpose spraying.
Always select the appropriate filter according to the coating manufacturer's recommendations, the spray tip being used and the viscosity of the material.
Maintain Your Airless Sprayer
Regular inspection and cleaning of the manifold filter helps prevent unnecessary blockages and maintain consistent spraying performance.
Whether you're replacing a damaged filter, carrying out routine maintenance or changing filtration grades for a different coating, QTech Manifold Filters provide a practical solution for keeping your airless spray equipment working efficiently.
