Sikkens Autosurfacer® UV Aerosol 400ml is an innovative UV-curable primer surfacer designed to dramatically reduce repair times for small and localised automotive refinishing jobs. This advanced one-component, isocyanate-free aerosol primer requires no mixing and cures in as little as 5 minutes under UV light, making it one of the fastest primer systems available for professional bodyshops and SMART repair technicians.
Available from Independent Paint Supplies, Autosurfacer UV Aerosol provides excellent filling properties, helping to eliminate sanding scratches, minor imperfections, and repair marks whilst creating a smooth, stable surface ready for topcoat application. The convenient aerosol format eliminates spray gun cleaning and mixing time, helping technicians complete repairs faster and improve workshop productivity.
The advanced UV-curable technology allows the primer to be ready for sanding almost immediately after curing, significantly reducing repair cycle times compared to conventional primer systems. Once cured, Autosurfacer UV Aerosol sands easily and can be directly overcoated with all Sikkens topcoats and refinishing systems.
