Spectral KLAR 545-00 is a premium 2K VHS acrylic clearcoat developed to combine exceptional finish quality with an extremely fast, energy-efficient curing process. With approximately 60% solids content, it provides excellent coverage, strong film build and a durable high-gloss finish for professional automotive refinishing.

One of the standout features of KLAR 545-00 is its remarkably quick curing performance. The clearcoat can be ready to polish after just 15 minutes at 40°C, or approximately 3 hours when air dried at 20°C. The ability to cure at only 40°C can significantly reduce spray booth energy consumption, with Spectral stating potential energy cost savings of up to approximately 50%.

Despite its rapid curing performance, KLAR 545-00 has a long open time, making it versatile enough for everything from individual panel repairs through to complete vehicle clearcoating. Excellent flow and levelling properties help create a smooth, high-gloss surface while minimising orange peel.
